Hello! My name is Travis Van Slooten and I want to thank you for stopping by. So you want to know more about me, ey? Let’s see, I’m a Virgo, I like long walks on the beach – just kidding;) I always hate writing these about me pages because I never know what to write.

I guess I can start by saying I’m a professional marketer by trade and one of the things I do is build websites that promote various products and services for businesses. Since I spend a lot of time behind the computer (we’re talking 12+ hours per day) and my business depends so heavily on my computer, it’s imperative my computer is up and running at full speed at all times.

I’m always trying to find ways to tweak and optimize my computer so I’ve compiled many tips and tricks along the way. I also use a few software tools to maintain and protect my computer such as antivirus software, spyware and adware utilities, and a registry cleaner. Since I have all these tips and tools at my disposal I thought others could benefit from my research and experiences. Thus, HelpSpeedUpMyComputer.com was born.
